We were approached to create a visual brand for Dependable Mobility, a company that offers lifestyle aids, scooters and stairlifts to older people and those with restricted mobility.
How do you represent a brand to be bright, fun and engaging, when that sector is usually perceived as dull, practical and, to be honest, a bit unattractive?
We decided to create something super-colourful to catch people’s attention and to reflect the brand’s friendly and approachable style. We turned the “D” in the logo into a smiley face, to represent how Dependable customers feel.
To you it may be a walking aid, but to Dependable’s customers it’s a means to banish the mobility blues, restore confidence and enjoy freedom.
